      The company is growing and with new CEO leadership has really stepped up the "we care" aspects of giving employees fair wages and good benefits

      Lots of opportunity to work internationally with other colleagues. You may also have lots of benefit for trip, gym. Also, it could work from home from time to time. The working time is flexible.

      With every quarter be in advent, you might have to adjust to the pace of semiconductor industry and need to corporate with clients as possible as you can. Sometimes the intense deadlines and update schedules would be fatigued.
