1. Awesome colleagues in R&D and technical managers are really very competent. Innovation is rewarded and encouraged. 2. Good facilities and opportunities to learn. Highly encouraging atmosphere for growth. 3. Good Work-Life Balance in R&D 4. Salaries themselves are onpar with local competition, thanks to the higher salary and perks which the Accelerate program provides

Cons

1. A bit more focused on the D than R, so time management is a must. 2. Salary management could be significantly better, specifically HR. Other benefits could be thought which are provided by local competition ex. Company Car etc. 3. Working with local partners could be improved.

Cons

- no ot pay but expect you to work OT - all allowance are low (transport, shift, medical) as compared w other. - no holiday pay even you work shift - difficult to get tool part
