Company has great technology and the lead in ALD, they're growing , but it's also a company in transition - they are adding capabilities / infrastructure and capacity to meet future needs, and provide for world class capability. It's a place where you can have the environment, and encouragement to do something significant in your career. Lead if you're at that stage in your career, learn, grow and build something new if you're new to the industry People are generally pretty nice / supportive
Cons
It's an international company : so there is some travel or at least world wide communication for many - it's best if you know how to communicate effectively and across cultures The company isn't perfect and there are some important capabilities that are just being built - flip side is you can build those capabilities - and the environment is pretty supportive
