      Orgnaization is confusing and it change frequently (twice every year).

      Nice people. Lots of travel if you want it. Some days are laid back and are fun. Depends on what team you are on

      Management distant and hard to impress. If you go above and beyond it is viewed as just doing your job.

      Good company with innovation gene, plays in niche thin film market, trying to grow.

      Cons

      Lots of unprofessional people & managers, lack of teamwork skills across company, insulting colleagues or, walking out of a meeting upset is considered OK, very unprofessional culture, environment of mistrust and non-cooperation.
