      Really dynamic, great industry, top tier into that industry, strong management (too strong by time?) Strong financials (business growth, profitability, no debt) Great finance team with clear vision, improvements, automation, real business partnership

      Really dynamic with lot of people coming in/out (went from 1000 employees to 4000 employees in a couple of years) Processes, tools need urgently to be improved in some departments/functions Kind of start-ups/high growth companies usual issues
