      Good place to learn advanced processes and technology. Since this is a small company, you have to take more responsibility than your pay grade, so can gain more experience.

      Cons

      Don't expect any personal life. Forever on call. Too much non-stop pressure.

      Poor work life balance, pay doesn't match the amount of work, the middle managers do not know what they are doing - decisions are made without logic
