      interesting tech good pay mostly nice people

      horrible management, they don't care only race to the top and people don't matter they say one thing but do the opposite

      Pros

      Great benefits, great teams to work with, Work is challenging which for me is a plus.

      Cons

      No company direction from Senior leadership, Work life balance does not exist. Women in leadership are not respected and soon leave. Employees are not empowered, many are not held accountable. Remote work was stopped but more than 50% are still working remotely. Toxic company culture for most.

      Culture is toxic around CEO and Sr. executives, ( sycophantic) , risk in moving to phoenix, poor people management and development, poor transparency, passive aggressive, poor understanding of and support for scalable processes, risk that these issues will continue to limit growth and may turn outlook negative
