      ASM is second to none when it comes to their employees well being,

      Pros

      Remote, work from home. Able to take care of my Mother who is blind and has alot of health issues and needs lots of care. Save on Gas and wear and tear on my vehicle not driving to phoenix every day. Saving time and being more productive every day not having to drive 1/2 hour or longer depending upon traffic on the freeway. Able to make all meetings online and classes online.

      Cons

      Not seeing my fellow coworkers face to face, but, I would not most of the time anyway. Networking is not available as much as it would be face to face.
