      Pros

      Great company structure main corporate offices in the Netherlands. ASM always offered the best pay and benefits I ever have received. The health insurance packages were excellent. Performance reviews were annual and on time. Work environment is excellent! Glass Blowers were allowed to flex their artistry somewhat in the fabrication of high performance quartz glass products.

      Pros

      Wonderful, brilliant people work at ASMA!

      Cons

      Strategic planning does not involve all employees. Constantly changing objectives which reflects the reactive not proactive culture of the company. No one can seem to make a decision in a timely manner.

      Pros

      Everybody I worked with was easy to get along with. Ideas where taken seriously and input was always appreciated. The managers I worked for very fair and accommodating. Employees weren't expected to put in unnecessarily long hours just for the sake of warming a chair like some companies expect.

      Cons

      Initial training upon joining the company was not very good. A lot of things seemed a little haphazard and ad hoc. Intranet system was a pain to use often.
