      Good pay, but that’s it

      Pros

      Some teams have a good direct manager. A lot of opportunity to be an impactful employee. The pay is competitive. If you overwork yourself you can move up quickly.

      Cons

      People are significantly overworked, toxic rule by fear culture is being perpetuated by upper management. A lot of finger pointing. Employee experience is decreasing rapidly with all the changes being implemented by the new CEO. There is little to no mentorship. All the knowledgeable people are too overworked to train anyone. Always have to figure things out by oneself. Work life balance is the last priority. Many people working 60+ hour weeks constantly.

      Pros

      Salaries are relatively good if you don't consider workload and BS you have to deal with on a regular basis.

      Cons

      New CEO will tank ASM with his arrogant "lead by fear" culture. Everyone you speak with is overworked and hates their jobs. No WLB whatsoever. Extremely high turnover.

      Good learning curve Good Pay for the location Great ground level team and employees to work with

      Cons

      Upper management is the worst. The VP will fire anyone with ideas opposite to his. Long working hours Every project is a chaos and urgent. Because of the high turnover, the projects lack continuity No scope of growth Disconnect between Upper management and Lower level engineers
