      Great ay and great manager, BUT...

      Pros

      I appreciate that I was paid very well and had stable benefits. My manager was nice, but I believe her job began to grind her down.

      Cons

      All I need to say is imagine living in the movie Office Space.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Nice diverse staff, respectful management, comfortable work pace.

      Cons

      In my opinion, website redesign (and I've seen 3 of them in 9 years) could be more effective if in-house Design team was involved in design aspect decision making.
