Pros

+ Salary + Benefits (13th month, bonus, vacation days (40), etc) + High tech environment + People helping each other (people = non-managers) + International environment + Good offices and equipment + Lots of different type of cafeteria with food from all over the world

Cons

- Golden cage - Parking is terrible, I mean TERRIBLE - Expensive cafeteria due to the amount of choice, and wanting the 'best' - Middle management are detached from teams - Micro management - Lot of ambitious people who want to climb the corporate ladder - Lot of fire fighting work - No help from HR in your professional development unless you are identified as an 'potential'. Only help from your line manager, but they are not trained in this. - Celebrations are depends on department leadership. Some have, some have none.
