The best of the world in semiconductor

Pros

Encourages to do a new thing. Good diversities in geography. Good environment for work...I saw a women whose due date was next week.

Cons

Never started the meeting on time. Too difficult to find out the good time slot for meetings, because of many stakeholders in geographic.

The company is trying to care the employee. They provide many technical and soft-skill trainings. ASML is a stable big company in semiconductor industry.

Cons

PS is less than top companies like Google or Apple. I am not sure but the industry can be less dynamic than Google or Apple.
