      1. Try to make fair comparison, promotion, and workload. 2. Will to rotate employee to more suitable position. 3. Challenging culture is good for design engineering.

      Cons

      1. Too big to afraid change core technology. 2. Not a fun working place. 3. Not aware of innovation of competition technologies.

      Pros

      The technology is outstanding at ASML. People want to contribute at a high level. ASML as good training programs for learning the tools.

      Cons

      If you aren't Dutch, it can take some time to get used to the culture and get to know people. If you are going to spend any time in the Netherlands, I recommend learning Dutch. Even though the Dutch know English quite well, it helps the working relationship to know the language (same as in any other country).
