      ASML will gives employees the opportunity to move around and pays attention to finding them a spot in the company that fits their strengths.

      Cons

      The Wilton branch is not treated equivalently with the parent company in Veldhoven

      Pros

      As the dominant player in lithography equipment market. The job opportunity in ASML is stable. It will get less impact from down turns.

      Cons

      This is an European company, so fewer bonus and useless employee stock purchasing plan. It is hard to advance on the career ladder too.
