      Great culture, great benefits, poor pay

      Pros

      ASML has great benefit packages and a wonderful culture with a huge amount of diversity. You can find literally every walk of life at ASML which is refreshing. The constant expansion of the factory leads to endless possibilities and job openings.

      Cons

      Seems like the pay for most positions are grossly underpaid. This seems to be the primary reason good engineers and project leaders leave for other ventures. ASML is almost as a steppingstone into a greater position rather than a career that can be sustainable. At least not without a great many years in the company.

      Very high performance expectations sometimes translate into long work hours and demand for high flexibility what could impact work life balance

      Nice people, confusing way of working

      Pros

      People are nice and events are great.

      Cons

      Engineers often are doing administrative tasks. We seem to be always trying to find the person who might know about a way of doing something instead of being referred to a work instruction document. Poor HR support.
