      Pros

      Communication and collaboration is encouraged, a lot of emphasis on personal development and growth (in which they really value what you want), open and flexible working space, very good payment and other benefits.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company there are a lot of systems, rules and frameworks in place, which makes it difficult to get things done in a direct way sometimes.

      ASML has a strong employee friendly culture. Work schedule flexibility both in working hours and Working remotely. Strong and clear role hierarchy Interesting and challenging work

      Cons

      Regimented in salary increases - difficult to be promoted to next job grade (i.e once you've been promoted you will not be promoted for another 3-5 years regardless of your performance reviews) Communication from upper management to teams is poor. Way of working changes are abrupt and not announced in advance Teams are typically understaffed while expecting production of fully staffed team
