      Competitive wage and still carries a few of the perks associated with being a European company.

      Cons

      US management roles have been taken over by ex-Micron managers. Leadership style has changes from collaborative to gaslighting and threats of replacement.

      Pros

      This company really values its employees, offering plenty of training to help people grow in their careers. There are tons of opportunities to move up, so you’re never stuck in one place. It’s also super stable—no layoffs, so job security isn’t a worry. Plus, the projects are actually interesting, keeping the work exciting and rewarding. Also very good work life balance

      Cons

      While the company is stable, career growth can be pretty slow, and promotions don’t happen as quickly as you might hope. It’s a great place for job security, but if you’re looking to climb the ladder fast, it might take some patience.
