Pros

Lots to learn, complex and challenging environment, competitive pay, supportive coworkers, good benefits.

Cons

As a technician, there’s a struggle to feel valued and considered. Management sometimes seems inconsiderate or impersonal. Large corporation headquarters in Netherlands USA does not reap the same benefits.

Unique process and designs, young employees, opportunities for travel, logical company way of working.

Cons

Unique process and designs leads to arguments with unfounded “feelings.” Highly political environment. Long work hours. Poor compensation. A lot of “delegates” not many “workers”
