      Great Pay, Terrible Environment

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are really good here. I great starting point if you're fresh out of college.

      Cons

      Some of the people who work here, especially in HR and management are TERRIBLE to work with. They're incredibly close-minded and don't practice a collaborative mindset (which they preach). I also have terrible work-life balance being here. But they pay is good, so it's good enough for now.

      pros and cons in ASML acquired HMI

      Pros

      People care about family life, and flexibility of working hours and hybrid mode office-remote model. Newer office building and infra, everyone has their own lockers for storage.

      Cons

      WLB is an issue if you working with asian customers. Slow process, ASML is a big corporation and their process runs like a government system, slow and bureaucratic. Compensation is not on par with peers. HMI feels like sub-employees under ASML.
