Pros

Pay is decent , good benefits (same as most companies), exciting technology, some great people

Cons

Bonus' are being reduced, got rid of LTIP for most that were getting it, management will call you on vacation for work related stuff, long hours, not a good WLB, understaffed in all areas, people quitting as fast as they can hire, people leaving after 3 months of being hired, Dutch arrogance (they watch, complain and report on others work - haven't actually seen any of them produce work), aggressive and confrontational, unnecessarily stressful and toxic

Worst company I ever worked for

Pros

They used to have good perks, which were slowly removed until there were none left.

Cons

Toxic work environment, no accountability or clear direction from management; instead, a blame culture is encouraged. Incompetent and arrogant management (Dutch company). Cheap at raises and bonuses. Career advancement is near-impossible unless you are a white European male. Turnover rate is exceptionally high; expect to train people and have them leave 9 month later for a better job elsewhere. Work hours are long and workloads are very large. Unreasonable deadlines and expectations. I would also add that most of the 5-star ratings you see on this page are likely fake or made under coercion. When I worked there, we were heavily encouraged to leave a positive Glassdoor review, and when people quit we were forbidden to discuss it among our peers or hold going-away gatherings because the turnover rate was so high. Even the hiring and HR managers changed every 12 months.

Great company for engineers

Pros

+Challenging technical problems keep everyone intellectually engaged +Opportunity to work with incredibly smart people +Above market non-cash benefits, mid market cash compensation +Work life balance is OK, managers are understanding and flexible, some cultural/social pressure for off hour availability +Excellent corporate leadership & market position +Positive/nice people throughout the company make work not feel like work +Culture where decisions are made by the entire team and all people are heard regardless of position +Recognizes high performers and allows for rapid advancement

Cons

-Non-engineering positions feel like they aren't a company priority -Processes can be confusing and hard to master -Rapid growth leaves all leadership positions managing too many people or situations where unprepared people are leading teams -Tight schedules keep people focused on their work instead of helping to train new employees, causing the on-boarding process to stretch out longer than 12 months
