      Lithography equipment for semiconductor industry No competition

      Cons

      Senior management and team steal ideas. (This can be confirmed by talented people who left this company.) Pay is less Some managers are useless and worthless having no idea about product technical content and deliverables . Just work as office assistants for approving timesheet. No carrier development opportunities

      Pros

      The entire company shuts down 12/23-1/1 for paid holiday. You start with 3 weeks vacation and 12 days of sick per year on top of that. The base wages are good, but topped with an annual bonus in March, makes wages competitive. Full benefits package starts day 1. Profit sharing and stock options as well. A lot of long timers at this company, it’s international, so some positions travel more than others. The relocation packages are amazing. ASML seems to take good care of it’s employees. We get to work a 4-10s schedule and the environment is pretty chill. I genuinely like what I do and who I work for.

      Cons

      Not every team functions well, but mine is great. It really depends on what group you work for.
