Week organizational structure, tribal knowledge of processes, too many stakeholders for single issues

There is still very much of the good ol boys mentality, especially in the Optics department. HR does not help and in fact shields them and this behavior. The anonymous reporting that is available is a joke, everyone is aware of who reported and it does not help careers. Saw it with at least half a dozen colleagues. Very sad since HR is mostly women and yet they do not actually advocate for women when it matters.
