      The colleagues were good people.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent and not commensurate to output. Promotions are rare. Not much in the way of learning opportunities or career advancement. Location has a high cost of living

      Aggressive scheduling to complete tasks. Workload is frequently excessive. First level managers with little experience who micromanage.
