Pros
The company in general is quite work/life balance-oriented. That also means that work can be at a high stress level occasionally. Great medical and dental benefits, 401k matches 4% when you put in 5% (max), decent PTO program
Cons
Politics will play a role in what you do and how you do it. The organization is constantly changing, and accepting and adapting to that change can wear on you over time. This can also be a "pro" for some. It can sometimes be quite difficult to drive change due to the sheer number of stakeholders for any given project.
