      Sky is the limit. Very broad opportunities. Still human behavior for a fast growing company. Very good secondary terms. Nice people.

      Growing speed versus the resourses sometimes a bit unbalanced. More and more bureaucracy. New hires have a hard time. People have to deliver and have some pressure. Competitive environment (which is also a pro).
