Pros

Managers threatened to destroy your engineering career.l if you do not perform above par and yet only one person on the team will get an above par review and only one person will get a raise above cost of living.

Cons

Management yells and cusses at engineers Engineers hit their co-workers repeatedly Managers boast of hiring recent graduates so grads don’t know how badly they are abused Managers dock timecard hours as punishment

Pros

ASML has made great strides in the past 10 years in the area of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, work life balance - but can definitely still improve. ASML gives back to the community. Job security - ASML will be a steady company for the foreseeable future as long as there are electronics in the world. People - tremendous community of people, huge growth in past 5 years, particularly younger employees. Good pay, great benefits.

Cons

Wilton specific - way too much politics and favoritism limits growth particularly in management. Often fast paced / high stress work environment. Expensive area to live or faced with long commute
