ASML reviews

The entire company shuts down 12/23-1/1 for paid holiday. You start with 3 weeks vacation and 12 days of sick per year on top of that. The base wages are good, but topped with an annual bonus in March, makes wages competitive. Full benefits package starts day 1. Profit sharing and stock options as well. A lot of long timers at this company, it’s international, so some positions travel more than others. The relocation packages are amazing. ASML seems to take good care of it’s employees. We get to work a 4-10s schedule and the environment is pretty chill. I genuinely like what I do and who I work for.
