      Good for control engineering Cutting edge tech Friendly employees

      Cons

      - Employees are mere resources than assets. - software department is full of managers playing politics rather than helping company to grow and succeed. - favoritism and blame games are daily rituals. - lack of professionalism coming specially from Group leads, specifically Asian and south Asian managers (I’m of South Asian ethnicity myself) without no experience whatsoever but feeling self entitled to their positions. - lack of transparency in hiring process to an extent where inexperienced employees join software teams out of nowhere for senior positions.

      Pros

      Very collaborative environment and work with a multicultural team to achieve goals. A very challenging and dynamic environment, always good work to do.

      Cons

      Training can be a little disorienting at times, a lot of people make too many assumptions on what you already know, Communication can be lacking in many departments, big disconnect between management and people working in the field. Cost cuttinhg removed a lot of previous benefits everyone enjoyed like equal profit sharing to all employees.
