Pros
Huge Growth potential at HQ sites (Wilton, San Diego, Veldhoven). Constantly changing and very challenging technology. Very possible to get into a role where no two days are the same, and your constantly challenged.
Cons
Company has grown to fast and the culture can't move with the company growth. Bulk of management / thinking is stuck in the early / mid-90's. People only matter if you've been around long enough to be part of the preferred network. Growth is HIGHLY dependent on who you know, not what skills you bring. This is amplified in the satellite offices. Zero discipline, no processes. Chaos rules, and attempts to try and put controls or processes in place to manage the chaos is met with tremendous resistance. Hire/Fire mentality is growing rapidly, and decisions are based on seniority more than what's skills / behaviors are right for the future. Huge push to frequently (every two years) relocate people, while dramatically cutting benefits to make that lifestyle attractive.
