      Collaborative environment Technical challenges abound Cutting Edge Technology Good people committed to making great designs General mangers seem to be in touch with the needs of their group members

      ASML Veldhoven and ASML US feel like two distinct & unequal companies (examples, asymmetrical vacation allotments, general facilities) Constantly changing way of working is very frustrating especially when no allowance is made in project timelines to accommodate. A lot of paperwork for even simple changes "Do as I say, not as i do" Recent change to bonus structure does not seem to be fair and does not encourage collaborative environment. Can anyone answer why bonus structure is still flat for Veldhoven, but based on performance for U.S.? Can anyone explain why base percentage is higher for higher managers "But we all contribute to company success"? ASML likes to jump into the middle of things *then* figure out the bugs rather than a more "structured" approach. Exciting, but not when it is 24/7
