Pros

ASML's growth over the last 7 years has been phenomenal. Almost every year has been record setting for Revenue. Management Team at HQ in Veldhoven, NL makes smart moves and gives their Customers what they need and not force new products onto the Customer’s.

Cons

Last year in the USA, they replaced Profit Sharing with a new Short Term Incentive Plan that has individual performance measures. They also limited Long Term Incentive Plan for higher Job Grades and Management. Then they introduced a new Salary Grade Pay Scale which went down, considerably, for certain tiers. All of this has made in more difficult to bring on new people and keep the ones we have.
