      Pros

      Good pay Very supportive and cooperative work environment Extremely intricate and precise engineering will test your knowledge Huge trove of training materials and in person classes

      Cons

      Work space needs upgrade. Cubicles and carpet look rather old. Engineers can sometimes be bogged down by documentation and not really focus on design work.

      Salary, hours, atmosphere, nice and supportive colleuages, informal environment, innovative

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, difficult to get expertise as a lot of administration is required, difficult to get a promotion (very easy to change a job internally but not easy to move up)

      Pros

      can a interesting wrt technology or work/life balance, but not at the same time. Solid company so far with growth potential. One can also reasonable easy switch between departments if there is a match in asked and offered skills.

      Cons

      Somewhat narrow scope of the company. Difficult to get up the ladder especially if you are based in NL and you are not dutch . 'You aren't dutch, you aren't much' is invented here. Speaking dutch helps, but does not solve the problem completely
