      Sometimes over optimistic about the plan, which causes a lot of stress. Too many meetings. Pay is not competitive

      Good place if you want to make a career there

      Pros

      The company is really big and has a lot of internationals, so it is easy for an expat to adapt. As there are many groups, someone could change topics and evolve. The work-life balance is really good, with flexibility in working hours.

      Cons

      For a software engineer or developer it is not really inspiring. The development process is really bureaucratic and slow. While this is justified as the lithographic machines are expensive and a bug could cost a lot, a software developer cannot really improve a lot technically.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, as it is possible for you to work shorter weeks if so requested; Company pays its fix employees a profit share, Any employee can join lunch with board members, which takes place bi-monthly and can discuss any topic and get direct answers. Salary is good, not amazing, but good. No company cars usually, but you do get gym discounts, telephone, laptop. Very positive Environment, Health and Safety initiative, Sustainability is taken also seriously. Excellent growth potential, since the company has been aggressively expanding its workforce Fair contract I have had no issues with payroll, ever. Flex employees who work side-by-side get the same treatment as fix employees. Take anti-discrimination very seriously. You are given the chance to take charge of your development, and your manager will push you to declaring goals and following up on them annually. Business in going very well

      Cons

      I mean I would love more pay, but honestly, who wouldn't.
