Pros

-work with animals -help animals in need for the most part -meet really impressive people on the team -travel! -day to day can be easy if you’re staffed correctly -some media coverage

Cons

-toxic leadership -safety on the job doesn’t seem to be much of a concern & there’s back lash if you take it seriously -back stabbing colleges -leadership expects you to drop everything in your life with no real planning in place. All over the place. -interview was very vague about the position. Also no promotions or opportunities to move up like they said during the interview. -hired as a manager without a team. Doing the job of at least 5 people. Expectations set on you is to make it work. Unattainable and only short term goals. They don’t seem to know what the next 6 months would look like. -Only seem to care about what their competitors are doing and not what communities actually need.
