salaries are good benefits are excellent 401K, though not a pension, has a good contribution & match remote employment opportunities for some departments

Cons

politics, politics, politics directionless CEO stagnant board HR is a joke Literally head scratching how some people are in senior roles closed door policy from top down questionable practices, ie-Oreo, Feld Ent., NYCLASS, elite horse show sponsorships

Run by inexperienced managers who have no people skills .. only interested in supplier hospitality .. management have a reputation of being two faced and backstabbers no support for the staff and can go days without even talking to staff
