Too title and management heavy - recognize soldiers on the ground are most valuable asset internally and move titles people back into soldier roles.

A lot of people look for ways to not actually do their job. They will push back and make things that should only take limited time, drawn out and more difficult. Management is typically pleasant to deal with, if you can reach them, but they don’t necessarily make your job any easier, even if they say they’re here to help.
