      Pros

      Depending on your team and role, your life can be either super chill or super busy. Being an MNC, you can get exposure to many different markets and departments. There are some genuinely nice and smart people here, though it's not true of everyone.

      Cons

      The company is very large and very messy so there will inevitably be lots of drama and politics. Senior leadership team is not very stable and there is often huge revamps in terms of structure and direction. Not super great in terms of perks or benefits.

      Pros

      Good pay. Work is not too difficult. Small company feel. Easy to understand products.

      Cons

      No yearly bonus. If you are not hired directly to work under the Engineering Managers then I would give it some second thought. Production management doesn't understand project timelines to achieve quality engineer projects. They want everything immediately. You will be pulled into all kinds of directions to derail you from long term work. Workers are immediately skeptical of you and aren't easy to work with. They would rather quit than have you improve their work environment.
