Senior Leadership in the America’s use fear, intimidation and public humiliation as primary strategy

The pay is better than average.

Cons

Middle managers are under so much pressure to perform (EBITDA) that they will do anything to make their numbers every month. The senior leadership will berate the site leadership if they miss their numbers. “Business Reviews” are really just abuse sessions. Unfortunate the abuse flows downhill and lower levels feel it, too.

Pros

Fellow Employees in the trenches feel your pain and share the load. They make it bearable. Without them i would not have lasted as long as i did.

Cons

Sinking fast. Product and People are positive, the processes are so broke. Human Resources is a nightmare. She lies. Pay structure changes often and you will be paid less for double the work.

Pay & benefits are decent it has to be because you must be masochist to want to work here.

Cons

No transparency, no leadership, no strategic thinking, just "do it" but what they don't say is, if you do it "I will not get my bonus, and that's what really matters"
