      Pros

      I have been part of ASSA ABLOY since April'21. And this is my fourth organization in 12 years of experience.I wish i would have joined earlier and also I wish I had a stamp that recognizes the best working environment, ASSA ABLOY would have stood first. Undoubtedly, the company has got good people, who always are supporting and guiding each other to become better everyday. Lots of learning and growing opportunities and one good thing worth mentioning is, that it allows me to explore my leardership style which will help me to be ready for future roles.

      Cons

      I think one of the best companies which is not well known to the general public. It can focus on employer branding to start.

      One of best peers in supply chain to work and grow with

      Except for supply chain and finace team, rest all are just pathetic. HR is just for namesake doesn't help which is supposed to be their primary objective in any organization, doesn't create a healthy culture instead of giving feedbacks and on top raising complains for unethical behavior rather than addressing it, same was tried to be buried
