Good pay, always have hours, and decent benefits

Cons

No time for life outside of work due to working six days a week. Talks of cutting overtime that never happen. You get no sick leave, your attendance is based on a points system and can be fired merely for getting to ten points. Management appears to care little for the employees unless you are buddy buddies with them. Training is terrible if nonexistent.
