Pros

Certain positions are good for people who are simply looking for a job, but not a career. Lots of opportunities in different field and you can gain a lot of experience.

Cons

Lots of drama from so many different companies and people with different background being placed into one company and told to work together well. Everyone has their own way of wanting to do things, and there is a lot of clashing that results.

Great place to work: good benefits, possibility to advance your career, team spirit, easy access to management that is very eager to listen to suggestions and implement if in agreement, if not discussions why.

Pros

Fantastic opportunities to work with interesting new technologies. Great investments in emerging technologies. The company controls fair share of the market and year by year has had very good financial results. Stable employment even for non top performers. Quite some great and fun people in the office.

Cons

Extremely crowded office. Most profitable technologies taken over by other companies acquisition. The company is a conglomerate of many companies resulting in chaos, internal competition, cannibalization and lots of internal politics going on. Years behind competitors - the company is struggling to catch up with new trends. Some good talents wasted because of chaotic HR. Despite omnipresent lean ideology more and more management and non-productive positions created to oversee the right way of working. Exceptionally weak leadership at lower levels. No career development path. Outsourcing to low cost locations like crazy.
