      Pros

      Large international company, stable, safety conscious, good people. Trying hard to stay relevant in a changing market, always trying new structures and systems.

      Cons

      Fundamental problems with ERP structure prevent any real advancement in customer service. Customer service is almost nonexistent and frustrates staff who on the whole want to provide a good service to their customers.
