      the work-life balance is pretty good, nice working environment, you do not need to travel a lot, not feeling big pressure, nice colleagues.

      Cons

      low salary, little challenge work, if you are the person pursuing fast development in career, it is not a good place, at least for working in the manufacturing. not satisified with the career development
