- good office - office catering for lunch - benefits - remote working

Cons

many cons, here are a few: - office is too far (4-4.5 hours of drive daily up and down) - managers don't have experience in handling teams. - micro management - personal boundaries are not respected - 2 days of remote work is applicable with 3 mandatory days of office, but changes to the convenience of department heads. - no growth prospect at all. 90% of the company is working as the same position/title they joined. - no transparency on salary increments.

Great company to get your foot in the door in the industry, everything else is meh.

Cons

Unclear processes, disorganized, pay is ok, benefits are ok, leadership isn't qualified to sit where they are, constant pressure to follow outdated systems and SOP's with little to no space for innovation. Do what you're told for a few years, get out to something better.
