Great culture, teamwork, and collaboration with others. Understandable when it comes to working from home for the day when you have an appointment, a family issue or sick. Boss is easy to work with. Team is friendly and helpful.

Cons

Not able to work remote full time. No formal training or onboarding training. Sink or swim training. Using old (from the ‘90s) programs.
