      Owner needs to step away

      I'm not sure there are any left.

      Cons

      The owner has "favorites" that are usually THE WORST in the company. He doesn't trust employees to do their jobs. When he decided to take over managing Vegas directly, many left and more are on their way out. He is responsible for all of the good people leaving and the bad ones staying and being promoted.

      Flexible schedule and decent pay

      Cons

      Messy and inefficient infrastructure, no proper training, tons of staff changeover, silent and unexplained firings, everyone is either a VP or a Director of something and it can be confusing to identify who does what.

We definitely have one a kind projects, with lots of experience to be had! We do indeed have many internal processes and systems, and this is mainly for the purpose of trackability, statistics and accessibility by all team members. We understand the time investiture one needs to provide, and we are continuing to evolve and ensure processes are updated based on needs on an ongoing basis.
