      Great People, Ambition Vision, Cool Projects, Rapid Growth.

      Cons

      Pay should definitely be better, since many of us are properly educated in the fields we work in. There is no extra compensation for the various salaried employees that, more often than not, spend extra hours in the offices to ensure the company meets their whirlwind of deadlines.
