      Pros

      Large-scale production facilities and a long time in the business makes Astound great for Tradeshow / Event. The people are generally very nice, there is real flexibility to achieve a good life balance, and the entrepreneurial spirit runs deep.

      Cons

      Very production-focussed...no real inspiration here for out-of-the-box creators.

      Pros

      The leadership at ASTOUND is doing all the right things and it's great to be a part of such a progressive and savvy group of professionals. It's clear why we've won Deloitte's 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada along with the other accolades. There are more to come as I see no competitors even coming close.

      Cons

      The pace. It's a fast pace and there's and there's a lot of last minute, sometimes crazy client requests. Communicating details through certain phases needs improvement but I'm confident there will be steps to address this.
