This is the most compassionate and family oriented organization in our community. We Care is not only a company value but words that are lived by all across the organization.

Pros

Benefits are good. Vacation and sick leave numbers are great and you also get your birthday off which is nice. The tuition reimbursement benefit is great for your kids and spouses.

Cons

Pay is very low compared to other industries. The lack of flexible schedules is a con because this policy is applied unequally across the organization. This in includes an inconsistent work from home policy.
